These Brown Bag Workshops are designed to help you learn how uniquely special you are, to clear away those blocks that have been holding you back, explore where you want to take your life, set goals, break a habit and discover how you can break free to live your dream.

When everything in your world has changed and nothing makes sense, don’t turn away. Don’t let your fear give you reason to stay where you are. You are the one you have been waiting for—discover your divine Purpose and learn to be fully present to the call of your own life.

Stop Smoking- Yes, You can!

It might be easier then you think
Maybe you have decided that you don’t like the smell of cigarettes, or the way smoking affects your health, or maybe you have noticed that aged gray look on your face that occurs from smoking, or maybe you don’t like being short-winded and maybe you’ve already developed a life threatening smoking related illness. Maybe you are just tired of burning holes in furniture or your clothes. Yet... you continue to smoke.  Need more convincing-- read  THIS  or THIS

This Stop Smoking program is designed to help you understand the imprints, impressions, thoughts, ideas or memories that caused you to smoke and continue smoking. This program uses a variety of methods including hypnosis and guided imagery to help you to release the triggers to smoking and helps eliminate the desire and craving for cigarettes.

Stop The Raging Battle with Weight


This program focuses on how to change your attitudes towards food; the importance of food to feelings of well-being, how to eliminate harmful eating habits and patterns, and how to gain control over the one and truly only thing you can control which are the negative thoughts about your body and what you put into your body.

Understand and recognize the fears block your ability to change the thoughts and attitudes that lead to major life change. We will focus on increasing self-esteem and confidence to achieve a positive outlook, self acceptance and peace.

The methods used in this program may include but are not limited to relaxation to reduce stress, journaling, hypnosis, and guided imagery. Haven’t you waged this battle long enough?

This program is limited to a maximum of 6 and a minimum of 4 participants.

Our Many Lives


Ever wondered if you lived before, ever look back on a memory and think it seems like a lifetime ago or even like another life? Our life’s journey is like a container holding all of our experiences as if they were separate lives.

Many people and cultures believe we even lived before, reincarnation, the belief that we have had past lives. Whether you just wonder or believe or are a skeptic, this program is designed have a look at that “what if?” factor. This program will explore where in the brain these memories might be stored. Through participation, listening exercises and guided imagery we will venture into the mystery of past lives

. This program is held for a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 8.

Dreams and Visions


Do you have a dream that is really significant, one that stands out in your memory just as clear as when you had the dream? This program is designed to guide you as you explore the hidden aspects of the dream world. We will explore how to remember your dreams, the divine guidance that can come through dreams, and dreams as a spiritual experience.

This program will include a variety of methods such as listening exercises, participation, and journaling.

Manifesting Abundance—what does that mean?


Today we all hear about “The Law of Attraction.” You’ve tried it, read all the books but still you don’t have the financial wealth you desire for yourself and others. For some reason it is not working.

This program will explore what abundance means to you, why do you want it, what are your plans for it—how will you use it, how will you be changed by it, and if you really want it why don’t you have it? We will explore the blocks to financial abundance, the negative programming that keeps you from financial success.

You will explore what change in attitude and what action needs to happen for you to move forward in your journey toward financial abundance.

Reaching Your Potential


Are you feeling regret, frustration or beating yourself up because you don’t feel successful? Or maybe you feel there is something you should be doing but you are not sure what it is. Many of us don’t even know what we want. If you find yourself wondering what your full potential is then this is for you.

This program will focus on guiding you in taking a very personal look how you define success and what this means in your life. We will explore the negative thought patterns and the blocks and fears that hold you back from reaching your full potential and guide you to develop a clear picture of what you want at the center of your heart.

Program Information, ideas and other stuff.


All programs must have a minimum of 4 participants.
Please dress comfortably and bring your lunch and an open heart and mind. Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided.

*Programs start at 10:00 am.
The Brown Bag Lunch begins at 12 noon. This will be silent and contemplative.
Afternoon session resumes at 12:45 and the program ends at 3:00.
*The Stop Smoking Program starts at 1:00 and is held in the afternoon only.
